Light Neutron Blasters. On frigs. Is there any T1 frig that can fit a full rack w/o gimping their setup? So far I would have to say no. Some frigs get hit with the gimpbat for even mounting one. Other than mounting these small guns on cruisers...

Looking at the db explorer, it shows that light missles have a 15 hp structure. A micro smartbomb does 25 hp damage. Since the smarty pulse isn't instant, the activation time wouldn't need to be ~too~ critical to catch incomers. Since this would ...
